Question Gpu upgrade

Hi, I want to upgrade my prebuilt PC. It has Nvidia GeForce 1060 3gb, ryzen 5 2600, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd and PSU 310W 80plus gold.

I was thinking about gpu upgrade, but is there any good cards for such low power PSU. Should I also upgrade my PSU? Any good suggestions?

1070ti and XFX Radeon Fatboy RX 590 consume top much watts?

There are no good gfx cards for such a low powered psu, full stop.

Corsair TXM/RXm/RMi/RM or EVGA G2/3/5 650w.

Or could also search each and every unit for the best price near you or select a tier b unit but it always leaves a ? in the air if it isn't tier a when troubleshooting.
