Gpu usage dropping to 0%. Game freezes for a couple seconds!

So i have been lately freezing mid game while playing fortnite, i decided to monitor what was happebing and i say that gpu usage was dropping, gpu fan was also dropping speed, gpu core clock was also dropping. It is like the wholge gpy freezing and then working again. I have 1050 ti, ryzen 3 1200, 8gb of ram, 1tb hdd, 500w evga psu. I really need help!

Reseat GPU and all cables. Ensure that everything is fully and firmly in place.

Reinstall and reconfigure the applicable and current GPU drivers. Download via manufacturer's website.

I agree with Ralston18, Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the old drivers and any register stuff. Download the newest Nvidia drivers and install.

The other thing you can make sure is that Your power settings is to performance as it is possible that a windows update changed it back to balance.

You said "lately" does that mean this is new and you've been playing for a long time with no issue?
