First of all - hello guys!

So as you can see in the title I have some issues with GPU that I can't fix... When I play PUBG I get GPU Usage drops. Usually it uses 80% - 99% of GPU but sometimes the usage drops to 50% or lower. It doesn't happen always, I mean - it can happen 0 times per game and it can happen 10 times per game.
When the usage is dropping I also have FPS drops. For example, I usually have 80+ FPS but when the usage drops I get around 30 FPS and after 10 second or 1 minute it goes back to normal.
Also I have to mention that I am not facing these issues in other games.

Things I have tried:
- Reinstalling OS
- Reinstalling game
- Updating drivers
- Clean install of drivers using DDU
- Installing older drivers
- Set the power options to 'High Performance' (In control panel and NVIDIA control panel)

Also I can say that I have no issues with my hardware:
- GPU temps are not over 65°C
- CPU temps not over 55°C ... So no thermal issues.

Does anyone knows how to fix this? Any reply will be appreciated! =)

My system spec's:
- Motherboard: MSI B350 PC MATE
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
- GPU: MSI GTX 1060 GAMING X 3 GB
- PSU: Corsair 650W
- HDD: WD 7200 RPM
- RAM: 2400 MHz, DDR4, 8 GB (2x4), Crucial Ballistix Sport

I had the newest drivers available from NVIDIA and I had the issue. Then I run DDU (safe mode etc.) and deleted everything. Then I read some more about NVIDIA drivers and came to a conclusion 382.33 drivers is most stable so I downloaded it and installed (clean install etc.) and played one game without any issues and usage drops. Then I restarted the game and some DX11 error occurred saying "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine". So I updated DirectX and run the game. I got usage drops again. After DirectX update I checked the driver version and it was 388.xx... I don't know, maybe I could resolve this by running it on the 382.33 driver but it doesn't allow me to do that because the driver is updating along with DirectX ...

Isn't the newest DirectX installed with NVIDIA drivers already?
But okay, I am going to try this when I'm home, I will post how it goes!
Thank you for your reply! ;)
