Question Gpu usage

Hi I recently did a build, it has:

gtx 1650
ryzen 3200g
16 gb ram ddr4

and I’ve noticed that when playing games like warzone I only get 40% usage of my graphics card and 100% cpu. I don’t think it should be bottle necking so if you guys could help it would be awesome, and also I followed some Windows optimization guides and after I noticed that so maybe I messed up in the optimization ???

We're going to need a little more information. Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

Also, check and see which BIOS version you're currently on for your motherboard.

Might want to include the links to those optimization guides, so we can see if you did something that wasn't necessary.

Include the titles you're playing(without stating an etc. in that sentence) and the resolution at which you're gaming at.

I play fortnite war zone and fall guys fortnite runs well but get stutters that could because of the new season tho. Also fall guys runs well.
