I just bought a 5700xt and paired it with a new ryzen 5 3600, and wow what a beast this system is with those two.
However, I’m having issues with my GPU utilizing more of its resources. With it being a fairly powerful card, it is running VALORANT at all high settings around 200fps, all while sitting at around 50% load. But anytime I peek into a wide area, it drops in frames immensely, just for a second or so, as it renders everything. Following my inner logic, I’ve concluded that using more of the GPU’s power would solve the frame drops, but I have no idea on how to force the system to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note: the CPU is not bottlenecking either, it is also running nowhere near full capacity
