Question GPU vram is constant 11 percent while idle, could this be a virus?Help please!

I have a brand new rx580 graphics card that I bought 2 weeks ago, and while playing games I saw that the render distance is pretty short so I went online and found a comment telling me this could be a bitcoin miner virus limiting my gpu. Okay, so I opened my amd software and under performance saw that my GPU is always 11 percent vram and jumps at times to 90 percent utilization while idle aswell. Can someone please help me? I have windows 7 don't know if this helps...Oh and CPU has normal performance and doesn't go over 5 percent while idle.

Well my 2080 is using just over a gig of video memory on the desktop according to GPU-Z, so sounds normal to me.

Thanks for answering, I installed rogue killer and found a THORN virus of some sorts just a minute ago and deleted it, but vram stayed the same and gpu usage still jumps suddenly to 90 and falls down after a minute. My friend has a rx 570 and he has 5 vram usage constant and his gpu usage also jumps suddenly. Don't know what to think.
