[SOLVED] GPU Weird Issue

Hello! i am new here and i have a issue i have a xfx rx 570 which when i boot it up it spins then stops but it shows display just fine when connected to it via hdmi but my computer wont recognize it and is not using it i have went back to my rx 560 and everything is fine this has been happening since 2019 of december and i gave up any fixes?

I know in the latest RX series the new graphics cards have auto TEMP detection...When the temperature reach a specific heat the fans will automatically spin to cool down and stop when its done with the Cooling Without any driver or Setup app.
You need to install the latest Driver for your Graphics card (XFX RX 570) that's why its not recognizable....You have the RX 560 Driver still installed and not the XFX RX 570....Reinstall the Right Driver (XFX RX 570) and see if your Windows will Recognize it.
