Question Gpu won’t display

My xfx Radeon rx 560 is not displaying anything when plugged in but if I have it plugged into the motherboard but not the power supply I get output from my motherboard the graphics card works in a different pc but hasn’t worked in mine at all

Hard disk drive- 500gb
3x2 gb of ram and 1x4 gb of ram

yeah it works great my mom bought it for me with the case I have it’s continuous power 500 W

it not working great with the gpu. either test it with a better psu or replace the gpu
