[SOLVED] GPU wont boot past windows 10 logo

So i have this GTX 950 strix 2 gb ASUS card, and i was playing one day and the game was lagging for some reason, so i rebooted the PC.
the PC starts to boot as usual and goes to the windows circle spinning thing and then the screen goes black after 4-5 sec of spinning.
PC can boot into safe mode.
Did a clean install on windows 10 and after restarting same thing happens.
Please Help!

Potentially a GPU driver issue. If you remove the GPU driver in safe mode, reboot & install the one immediately prior to the one you're using, does the issue persist?

Beyond that, please post your full system specs.
