[SOLVED] GPU Won't Fit

When I try to insert the graphics card into the slot, it won't go in fully. I believe this is because of the bracket on the GPU not letting it go fully through the case. I've already had to cut out the black bar which was restricting it from going in at all (see photo). This is my first PC build and I'm quite confused. Any help appreciated. (I'm Using an RX 570 STRIX from ASUS)

That clamp assembly over the card slots needs to be unscrewed. It spans over all the slots. Cutting that bar was not necessary.
You remove it
install all your cards
make sure everything is lined up
put it back and clamp all your cards in place.
