Hi, so i ordered a 5070 MSI trio, and it doesnt fit my phanteks p500a (its enormous) and (asus b550-f mobo) , its 2mm too long to fit on the bracket and slot, would getting a smaller card, like a dual fan version work, or new case?

EDIT: Had to push GPU against back bracket and push down, i was too nervous of pushing too hard, but got it working, thanks for the replies/help!

It sounds like the interior clearance is ok, but you are unable to lock the card into the slot because it is obstructed by the "bracket"? What bracket do you mean? Do you mean the I/O panel?

I only ask because mine had an issue too with insertion and I had to use some force to get it in. The other question is, can you clarify if you have enough interior space on the right side for the GPU? Seems to be plenty by pictures.

The card is too long to set into the slot, yes by bracket i mean the slot where you plug in display cords, i will attach pictures.

thanks, i got home and used some brute force to get it in and all is good, thanks, i was worried about being too rough on it

Where exactly is the 2mm issue? You should have plenty of width and length to accommodate this GPU with your case and motherboard. Take a picture and upload to a site like imgur.com. Post a link here.

Show us exactly where the fitment problem is.
thanks, earlier reply helped me out, was able to brute force it in
