GPU won't start

Basically today I upgraded my CPU to fx-8370 and my GPU stopped working on first start up . the fan didn't spin at all and I just get no signal on my monitor
My specs are
Asus m5a97 le R2.0
Ram
Corsair vengeance pro 1866mhz 2x8 GB
GPU r9 380x sapphire nitro
PSU
750 w

I tired checking all the wire and everything . thought it was the GPU problem but I used it on another PC and it worked fine

Test on your original CPU. If it works fine, maybe the power supply is junk and can't power the CPU properly, what is the brand and model of it? Also do a BIOS update before installing the new CPU and make sure it's installed properly.

It was the motherboard problem. it got fried
