GPU works when mobo out of case, but not when mobo is in case?

So, I had my motherboard out of my case to fix a couple things. I had my graphics card installed then and everything was fine. But, I put the motherboard back in the case (my issue had been fixed) along with my GT 710. Then, the system won't even boot because something is wrong with it. I take it out, system boots perfectly.

I suspect a loose screw or something similar shorting the system when your motherboard is in the case.

No, the system works perfectly fine, WITHOUT the graphics card installed. Once I put it in the system will not post. Take it out, no problem at all.
