Question gpus not detected

Hi guys, I have three EVGA 3090 with waterblocks. I was running one on PCIE x16, and two on x16 to x1 risers. The risers are USB. Everything was running fine but one day the two 3090 on risers can not be detected anymore. I tried to switch them into different PCIE x16 slots and there is no video output. The two non-working cards can not be detected in bios or device manager. The drivers used is the latest drivers. Have tried using DDU. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Do you have a different riser you can try?

Yes I have tied different risers with different cards. The risers are good, gpus are the problem

No the two gpu dont have video output or post even indepently.

I would troubleshoot them one at a time. Possibly try different pcie cables. I suppect the issue is power given its 3x 3090s......

Thank you for the reply. 1600 W should be enough no? I have also tried to plug them in one at the time, switch lanes, different risers. Still no post or video output
