Graphic Card and CPU fit?

If I buy this CPU and Nvidia graphics card, will they fit in with my pc? Here are my specs

What is your motherboard specifically? I couldn't find it on the Foxcon website?

The i7 uses cpu socket FCBGA1364. The i3 fits FCLGA1155. Your motherboard is a H61 - http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-2ada-foxconn/
and is not compatible with that i7 CPU. It would fit an i7 3770 - http://ark.intel.com/products/65719/Intel-Core-i7-3770-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz if you wanted.

The GTX970 (GPU) will fit in any motherboard pciex16 slot. The mobo has a pcie2.0x16 slot so it should be OK.
