I want to update my pc. I have asus m5a97 le r2.0 motherboard and i am planing to buy new graphic card gtx 1060 6 gb will it be compatible with this motherboard also my cpu is fx8350 4ghz , and what is difference between 3gb and 6gb gtx 1060 is 6gb much better? Thanks

Yes, it's compatible.
There is no big difference. Mostly price and memory size.
