What is the difference between AMD Ryzen GPU and GTx GPU??
What should I get if I want to record video, edit video and stream??

If your meaning AMD rx line up hen they are often more powerful than the NVidia's GTX well at least the new rx lineup If your talking about the integrated Graphics on Amd's ryzen CPU's then the GTX lineup from 9 from the Maxwell architecture onwards is way better

so in your case I would recommend a RX 460 or 550 if your on a tight budget a rx 570 or 470 if your budget is more lenient and a RX 480 or 580 if your budget is quite size able
