It is compatible? It depends on power source?

Should work fine, but I'd like to note your power supply is pretty cheap and cannot output 850 watts on the 12V rail.

It resembles a 500W PSU more than a 850W one. 500W should still be more than sufficient though, so you should be fine, as has been said already. Just keep in mind to calculate with ~500W in the future and not try to put more load on that PSU to avoid unpleasant experiences
