Graphic card compatible with motherboard?

Hello,
Is my H-I41-uATX (Eton) Motherboard compatible with the Radeon 6670 1GB DDR5 Graphic card?

Looks like the top slot is PCI Express. You should be ok. On another note.. What kind of system is that board in? It almost looks like a board for a low-profile system.

Yeah its like a low-end system because its old and crappy u know thats why im upgrading it. So should I consider that as YES?
