graphic card fails

i have an gtx 560 se and its failing. When i play games like dota 2 i get some white boxes all over my screen or sometimes i get abnormal color artifacts everywhere on my screen and it hangs when that happens. it usually happen when i open browser play some videos or play some games or sometimes on startup when windows is loading. anyone have an idea of my problem and how to fix this?

things i have tried:
-updated my graphic card (clean installation)
-did the tdr on regedit
-dust out the gpu

please help 🙁

How new is the card? and can you try using the card in a different computer?
