Graphic card failure?

i think my graphic card(gtx 460) is causing my BSOD. it happens after the starting up screen and then sometimes i get a black screen or the BSOD and then it restarts. strangely its temp are at ideal temps(33C - 35C). i need a solution need quick answer..
 

i saw the video i noticed there was thermal paste applied is there a chance that i have to reapply it again?
 
i think i noe wuts wrong wit my display i think it has to do something with the update for nvidia from 2.56 to 2.8? the display automatically jus screws up when updated to 2.8...so i downgraded to 2.56
 
most of my recent BSOD were caused by a faulty OCZ Vertex 3 drive. it could be your drive.

I also got a some BSOD due to my GPU, but I had that from the get go. i'm in the process of RMA for it right now.
