I recently bought a Dell Optiplex 3010 for playing games like Dota 2 and CS GO. My PC's specs are as follows:

Processor 3470 3.2 GHz
8 GB Ram
500 GB HD
275w PSU

Now i wants to add a graphic card which suit my 275w PSU. I personally wants to buy RX 550, can it work with my PC.

Solution
The RX 550 calls for a 350 watt power supply so I wouldn't. Overloading a power supply IS actually dangerous especially a cheap one. A 1030 would be a "safer" pick which only asks for a 300 watt. This is a consequence of that machine, the power supply is strangling your options. These 2 cards are as low power as you can get. Again, no guarantees the motherboard won't react badly with the card. Worst case scenario that PC simply doesn't boot.
That PC definitely isn't designed for gaming. You could get a 1030GT or a RX550 although the 1030GT would need less electricity. Any other more power card and you will need to upgrade the power supply assuming it's even possible on that system. Dell PCs are not designed for upgrades at all. The performance on either of these cards is still not going to be the greatest. There's also no guarentee the card would work with the motherboard that comes in those Dell OEM disposable PCs due do BIOS and PCIe slot power issues. If you plug in the card the system may fail to boot until the card is removed.

A 1050 GTX and a power supply upgrade would be a nice route to take but even then the card may flat out refuse to work.

im gessing this is one of those refurbs from newegg for 350$ and ill bet you KNOW youre not going to be gaming GTAV at 100fps ultra. so with that said you have the basic start of a gaming machine. i dont have any problem with doing this. just put in a cheap non-powered gpu and update the gpu drivers.
when we talk about these low spec rx550's and nvidia 1030's the fps you can get from them are very low and there is no need to cross-shop these cards for the best performance. just get what you can afford and dont expect much.

Best thing to do is get a 550W Corsair PSU And a 1050ti and then you will get some good performance. If you don't want a new PSU Then get a 1030. They have the power of the 750 non ti i believe but a 1050 is worth the upgrade if you want your settings on medium-high.

I would try for a 460 or 560, from AMD, or a 1050 from Nvidia. The performance jump, even with esports games, is significant. If budget doesn't allow that, I'd go with a GT 1030 due to better price/performance/power usage advantages. If you really like the RX 550, that will also work.

If you have the mini tower model, a full height card should fit. Otherwise go for the low profile model. I don't think power will be an issue, since those business computers did come with relatively stout power supplies, even if they aren't high wattage and don't have pci-ex connectors.
