i want to buy a graphics card for my intel duel core pc,

You would be able to play games like bf4 even, though your CPU will mean that you will possibly have to run it at lower settings than the GPU could manage

cuz i'm having duel core processor
what if i might get lag or something when i put 7th generation(GTX750) to an old pc
and i want to play the games which released between the year (2008-2012).
 
I had a processor with very similar power to yours, and it was hard to find parts for it. Your best bet is probably a Radeon 7750 or a GTX-650. They're about equal performance and will let you play games that came out even after the years you selected.
 
Because games like Battlefield 4 are very GPU bound, you could play Battlefield 3 and 4 pretty easily with some tweaking. Also, the 7750 is compatible with the new AMD Mantle API, so it could boost performance in gamed to come. I play Metro:Last Light on tweaked ultra. You'll be good man :)
