Graphic Card For My Cpu?

I have a Athlon II X2 255. and My GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430.I need a new GPU to play games like PES 2011 and FIFA 13 at High Settings which can work with my CPU without bottlenecking it.I have a Pegatron Corporation 2A99 Motherboard.

How about ATI HD 7770 1GB DDR5?.please pick a part.don't give me a list as I am a newbie and may mess up.My Budget is 6000 INR but can be pushed to 10,000 INR.My Cpu is a COMPAQ Presario CQ3410IX

In that case, my best advice is, you get what you pay for. If you want to spend ~6000 inr, go with that. If you want to spend ~10,000 inr, get the step up to R7 260x. The R7 260x is going to be noticably better.
