graphic card for optiplex 755 SFF

so i wanted to ask you guys which would be a better suited card for my system i have an optiplex 755 sff, core2duo e6550 @ 2.3 Ghz, 2 GB ram with a PSU of 275 w and also i noticed a thing that on my PSU its written shall not exceed 106 w what does it mean ?

just one last thing can u list good 512 mb cards that will fit in my system ?

Why don't you list what 512 MB graphics cards are available where you live? The market doesn't cater to 1024x768 resolution so graphics card manufacturers don't have a reason to make 512 MB cards.

Where I live, 512 MB cards are extremely rare, unless you can find used ones.
