Graphic card for photoshop

Looking for the best graphic card i can get for working in Photoshop and Lightroom, Budget around 100$ and below.

RX 560 is my pick, however, photoshop is cpu heavy, not gpu. What CPU do you have? If it is Intel, IGPU is enough for photoshop already.
