Question Graphic card for rendering

sorry for my bad english, btw, my question is: can you suggest me which is a good graphic card to make fast renders in 4k?

I generally use C4D and Vray to render my scene

My budget is from 500 to 1000$

Assuming you're looking at the latest version of Cinema 4D;

you're good to go with anything that's the latest on the market. Perhaps an RTX4070Ti though the prices are going to be skewed for your region.

If I buy a 4070 Ti, will my 3800x causes bottleneck? And do I need to upgrade my monitor right?
