Graphic card glitch?

This is been happening on and off for about a year. Weird polygon shapes in my games mainly in arma and dirty bomb. Could this be related to my graphics card. I included images of the glitch below.

I don't play these games, so it might just be the games themselves, that's something you'd have to look into (ask in forums relating to those games specifically). However, if these appear in almost every game you play, then it is definetly artifacting and it is signs of a dying or overheating GPU. Might I ask your systems specs? Mainly concerned with graphics card and power supply, but the whole system would be appreciated.

Yeah my first thought was it was my GPU the problem is it takes forever to RMA I don't want to go weeks without a graphics card.

Case: Corsair 750d case

Power Supply: Corsair 750CX

Motherboard: Asus Z87 Sabertooth

CPU: Intel i7 4770k

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

GPU: GTX 660 SC

RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengence

Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB

SDD: Kingston 80GB

I will be upgrading to a GTX 970 MSI 100ME Edition shortly.

Yeah thought it might be due to not enough power but your power supply is more than enough, if you've noticed it on every game you play then it probably is the GPU. How are the temperatures during gameplay? Artifacting might be related to overheating.

Around 60C...

Its not on all games.

Remove the drivers with DDU and then download and reinstall the drivers from Nvidia's website.

I already did that. As well as a fresh install of windows.
