Graphic card is working but no display

CPU core 2 duo e7400
GPU galaxy gt 730 1gb gddr5
Mobo gigabyte g31m-es2l
PSU crosair 450w
Ram 2gb ddr2
When I start my computer with graphic card my monitor just gose like sleep and all things working CPU and GPU fan is working but just a blank screen not even boot menu but when I try to run my comp. With internal graphic (graphic card is removed) it work fine plz help me

OK I got your point I tested some old 2010 cards with my mobo work fine

well I gues it would mean that you don't get a updated bios support for the newer cards ??

but its just the way it is now a days on this stuff .. I think they feel its easyer for you to buy all new instead of them giving you real support on there older stuff ????

if you don't accept a answer there never correct what more do you need -- some older boards don't accept newer hardware due to motherboard hardware/configuration issues or lack of bios support ....

just like here today another Z68 board that don't take a new release card

hard to say some cards and some boards just don't seem to work well together

like the deal on the links about the x68 boards I'm now seeing the msi 970 look to be fine on them where the other brands like the gigabyte or asus may not as well [???] is it the motherboards bios or something in the vid-cards vbios???

could it be the card you got is not or can one from another brand but the same card may be fine ??

I don't know what to say -- unless you got some buddies that you can tout some cards they may have to see how they do or yours in there computer ??

its all guess work after things don't work out as planed - something's at issue but what??

i just replace my monitor and it worksss 😀
