I had a zotac 750ti 2gb ddr5 and it recently went bad so the sellers gave me a full refund so I've narrowed down to two choices

And will they be able to handle latest games on high settings at 720p?Please help
 
I would get the Zotac card, if your budget allows then the MSI card. Perhaps you can get a better option than the two you've listed however just to be double sure that your system is compatible, can you please pass on your full system's specs? Are you sure the GPU didn't die due to your PSU? A lot of people tend to have low quality PSU's.
 


I have amd fx6100,4gb Kingston hyper x fury ram and corsair vs430 or 450 psu
