Sir, firstly, I want to know what is your PSU which is the "Power Supply"

And the GTX 750 TI is an amazing card that can run modern and future games very well at 1080p with very good FPS.

For you to understand the difference betweena normal GPU and OC you need to understand what OC stands for and what it does

1)OC is "Overclock"
2) Overclocking a GPU is by raising the default Core clock and memory clock. By doing so, you're making the GPU stronger which results in higher FPS delivered, higher when it wasn't OC'd.
3)Some people do not know how to overclock and so they buy the ready factory clocked GPUs instead of doing it themselves because they're afraid to break their card
4)Yes, overclocking can lead to destroying your GPU (graphics card) if you don't do it carefully. Because sometimes people fry their graphics cards by raising the value of the core and memory clocks aggresively instead of passively. I OC'd my GT 730 very carefully as it was my first time overclocking by raising the values by 12-15 everytime then using a benchmark to see if it's stable, the last numbers I could get was +260mhz on core clock and +250mhz on memory clock. If I put it any higher, the card becomes unstable. If you want to add more to that, you need to increase the voltage which I really don't recommend as raising the voltage of a GPU lowers its lifespan. I got myself a nice bump of 15 frames higher in all of my games after the OC 😀!! That's a lot!
5)There are a lot of tutorials on how to overclock a GPU, it's very easy actually.

Also, how much is your budget? How much are you willing to pay for this new graphics card. The GTX 750 TI is 100$ on amazon and like I said, it's an amazing card that will run modern and even newer games at 1080p with good fps at high settings. If you overclock it yourself, well depends on the model of the card, you can get a lot of FPS from overclocking it

Sir, first of all i would like to thank you for explaining everything in detail :) Thanks a lot .

My PSU : Corsair 650W
I am from India and I wanted to strongly stick to Gigabyte GTX 750Ti as EVGA GTX750Ti FTW is not avaiable in my region .

Please let me know if i can go ahead with this card . My budget is Rs 10000/- and this card is
148.83 $ here in my country .

Which CORSAIR series? VS or TX or what?

Eitherway it'll be all good if it's a corsair 650 watt, preferably just tell me so I can be sure since I'm very picky about Power Supplies and only trust Tier 1 and 2 PSUs xD

Also how about that one? It's cheaper.
