Graphic Card Suggestions please...

Greetings...

I would like some suggestions for a decent graphics card for my PC. My computer isn't much but i can only afford to buy a graphic card right now. My requirements are that i could play games like Crysis 3 , BF3 , Heart of the swarm etc. [In short , the games released this year and also "TILL" the year 2014 or maybe 2015 at MINIMUM settings. My budget is 185-200$.

My PC spec.

Core 2 duo e7400 @ 2.80 GHz
2 gb ram [will make it to 4gb]
GeForce Nvidia 9400GT [SUGGESTIONS for Replacement]
1 TB Harddisk
250 watts PSU [will change it to 650 watts]
and , a 17 inch monitor.

I wont be changing my monitor , so lets say that the maximum resolution ill be playing on will be either 1024x768 or 1280x1024 [MAX]...Hence considering this spec of my PC , please suggest me a decent Graphics card..

Just don't try to run it on 250 watts 😉

Your CPU might bottleneck alittle but it will still smoke that 9400.

The 7850 is about the best while holding firmly under budget.

hd 7850 with e7400? serious guys.it will be big bottleneck.as he plays at low res.

low resolution = more bottleneck

best gpu for you is hd 7770 1 gb ddr5.

you play at any resolution cpu load will be at same,just gpu power changes.hd 7850 is mainly for 1080p res while at 1280*1024 his hd 7850 will be at less usage and will strain more on cpu

That makes perfect sense but increasing resolution will not improve frame rates but rather have them unchanged.

The OP just asked about the best GPU for a certain budget and not if it will work efficiently.
