4GB ram
AMD Althon x2 260@ 3.2 Ghz
My mother board is a : Biostar a87l3g
My CPU is LG

The CPU is pretty old 2010, Only a dual core. And it underperforms Intel CPUS from that time.
I suggest getting a new computer in addition. Though if you don't have the funds you can get the best GPU you can afford right now it'll be bottle necked but you can carry it to a new build in the future.

Your options for a graphics card will be determined by your power supply.
In general, the strongest graphics card you can use without a good psu will be the GTX750ti that runs on pcie slot power only.
