Well, pretty much any modern discrete graphics card with fit in your single PCIe x16 slot. So "compatibility" is not really an issue for you. If you are asking which graphics card would suit your set up this one is within your budget and more than your CPU can handle:

At that resolution you should still experience smooth gaming. You might have to do some minor adjustments to your settings to maintain 60+ all the time. It's gonna come down to your CPU's performance.

Dual Channel DDR2 667 is the Max for that board.

Yes, your entire system will probably be a bottleneck to that card but I don't think it will be too bad and I wouldn't consider going to a lower end card, if I were you.
