The GeForce 660 is pretty old at this point, having been launched about 6 years ago. Since then Nvidia have release 4 newer generations of GPU and another one is expected at some point later this year. We are currently on the 10th Generation of Nvidia GPU with the commercial product known as the 1080Ti which is the flagship product targeted for domestic use.

The Titan X, Titan Xp and in particular the Titan V are not targeted at domestic/consumer users. The Titan X and Titan Xp are enthusiast cards not commercial consumer products, and the Titan V is more specialised than either of those with a price to match.

The 1080Ti, Titan Xp and the Titan X use the same GPU with a few cores fused off and a higher base clock for the 1080Ti. If you are saying the 1080Ti is trash then you are saying the same of the Titan X and the Xp. I see little point to this thread though, if there is no question then I'd respectfully ask a moderator to close it.
