Question Graphic cards comparison and suggestion

Hi All,
I use the PC for 3D CAD (Solidoworks and others) and (less often) for photo editing and sometimes video editing.
The system setup is as follows:
- 2 x 27 Inch Monitors, 4K Computer Monitors UHD(3840 * 2160), IPS, 6ms, 60Hz, 2x HDMI 2.0 & DisplayPort 1.4
- thinking of adding a third display similar tot he above
- MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK Motherboard ATX
- AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor 3.80 GHz.
- 64Gb RAM

Could you please let me know your thoughts and suggestions on which one of the three graphic cards below might be best. Or perhaps better ones for roughly the same amount of money.

The third one seems to be the same as the first one (the price is also almost the same) but there is a 2X in the description which I don't know what it stands for.

What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

I would look at the RTX4060 out of that bunch though I would advise on something more beefy, like the RTX4070 Super or higher. Though could you elaborate on this;

What sort of apps do you tax the system with on any given day?

the power supply is a Corsair RM850 (2021), RM Series, 850 Watt and it is 2 years old.

Would that be enough?
