Im having an issue with my pc where i will go onto a game and as soon as it has to render something 3d its lags alot and freezes then usually crashes, i thought it was the drivers but i have the latest one and i have unisntalled and reinstalled them so i dont know what the problem is.

Solution
Make sure the items in the game's redist folder if it has one are installed, which typically include the DirectX version it uses, and the Visual Studio versions it uses.

If that doesn't work, verify the game file integrity in Steam, Uplay, Origins, whichever it's associated with.

If you still have no luck, try reinstalling the driver but with a clean install. Both AMD and Nvidia now have options for this where it uninstalls the old driver first. You can also try a driver uninstaller tool. Some prefer DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), but I use Driver Sweeper 3.2. I have found that DDU leaves traces behind, where Driver Sweeper does not.

If you still have no luck, if it's an older game or older GPU you're using, you may have to...
