Question Graphic driver keep crashing after install and reinstall

[Hello Guys]

Yesterday I buy hd 5970 however after installing the driver and restart it but after login to windows keep crashing The graphic driver until the window s bsod I have tried to use crimson and catalyst but keep crashing but If I uninstalled the driver the GPU works just fine I don't know how that works so any advice.

I3 550
6gb of DDR3 RAM
750w PSU with 70amp on the 12v rail
120gb HDD for system
500gb for storage
Wifi card adapter
Win7

Enermax naxn 750w(given by friend)
Heat somewhere from 68c (not apply thermal paste yet still waiting)
