Graphic problem windows vista

Hello,
when i am on a web page, my college web page, not all the graphics are showing up. leads to intrasite are invisable on my screen. sometimes if I accidently happen to move the arrow a drop down menu will apear that i had now idea exised. the lead, or graphic I would have normally been lead to follow, is not able to be seen.

I think that you may need an Adobe Flash Player update. Make sure that the browser you are using is compatible with the schools webpage.
