Unfortunately I've not played either of those games. Had you showed a video of TW3, I'd been more able to tell if what you're seeing is normal (flaw in the game) or not.

In FFXV, the grass looks normal when you're view is still vs moving. So if there's a motion blur setting, turn it Off.

In Dark Souls 3, I do see some small objects with texture pop-in, like bushes, but I find graphics issues are common in games made by Japanese developers. So I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about it.

It looks to me like it's more the games than anything to do with your hardware, settings, or drivers though. Lots of games, even ones made by big dev/pub teams like Ubi, have issues like these. Far Cry 4 for instance has issues with AO flickering in foliage, and purple tints in trees, as well as many objects pixelating as their detail draws into view as you approach them.

When it comes right down to it, most games with high end graphics also have a certain amount of glaring graphics flaws.

I guess this is normal then
Thank you for the answer!
But the problem with dark souls 3 is not only DS3, it happens on PUBG and fortnite as well (And it starded to happen now,)
When i play FFXV it doesnt happen.... Maybe is some problem with the ssd? Because the only thing that is not in common with those games is that FFXV is in the main SSD (m.2) and the rest are on the second SSD (500GB).

I dont use blur motion setting...
here is a video of TW3
