I performed a completely clean windows installation - as suggested - on a brand new hard drive, yet the issue still persists.
To summarize my problem in short:
- A variety of games look different from how they are supposed to.
- Graphical options within games have very little impact on the graphics themselves.
- Had very limited success tweaking the Nvidia Control Panel
- Even some non game applications behave strangely, being blurry, text not being sharp (Bluestacks emulator "header" part is blurry, while actual running app is perfectly sharp for example)

I am on the correct resolution for my monitor, 100% scaling, everything has been updated to their latest versions/drivers.
Question - Graphics look off regardless of settings ?
I've recently upgraded my PC, went from a pretty old mobo/cpu/ram combo to my current one. I played a few games without any issues in the last few months (such as Escape from Tarkov), but the last few in particular caught my interest. Two new games I have bought recently being Ghost Recon...
