Graphics and PSU upgrade?

Currently I have a stock PSU @ 350w and a Asus Radeon HD 6670 2GB I would like to upgrade for my Birthday to something better so I can max out most games. I currently play on a 720p monitor so I only need something that can max out stuff in 1366x768.

I'll probably have about £170 to spend so what PSU & GPU combo would you suggest?

get gtx 650ti 1gb or hd 7850 1gb/gtx 650ti boost

corsair cxv2 430w for gtx 650ti or cxv2 500w for hd 7850/gtx 650ti boost
