when i plugged my vga into the graphics card and turned it on, the monitor light just stays orange and wont boot.

But barely sometimes when i am using my onboard graphics(graphics card still in the pcie) , the monitor eventually blacked out.(and wont boot). This time i unplugged the vga from the motherboard and inserted it on the graphics card and it booted. Does this mean that if the onboard graphics wont boot or not working, the graphics card will boot???

How can i fix this problem??? Need Help.

To put it simply if you put a graphics card in the Pci-E slot.
The Motherboard also has a Vga output port.
At some point the board in getting confused as to what Graphics port to use to output a signal to your monitor.
You should go into the bios and disable the on board Vga graphics out put from the motherboard.
And select your Primary graphics device as Pci-E Slot.
Once you have changed the settings make sure you save them in the bios before rebooting the system.
This Should sort your problem out.
