Can i use any GDDR5 graphics card with Asus P7H55-V motherboard?

Yes. DDR restrictions apply only for RAMs

A GPU can be either a DDR3 or DDR5, your choice irrespective of the type of motherboard you have.

Does the memory of Graphics have any restriction? I want to use SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100373L Radeon R9 280 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0? will it work? any compatability issue?
