Graphics card brand differences

Does the different brand of the same graphics card affect performance. If so can someone link me the best gtx 750 ti that doesn't require a 6 pin power connector? Thanks in advance

Each manufacturer typically uses their own coolers, as well as custom PCBs in some cases, as well as varying clock speeds.
For entry level cards, it dosesnt matter nearly as much as the high end.
