Question Graphics Card Brand

So I've been putting together a new build now for a couple months. I've been kinds hung up on what GPU to get.

I'd want either a 7800 xt or 7900 gre but I have no idea on what is or isn't a good brand or if brand really matters.
I've looked at XFX, powercolor, Gigabyte, shapphire etc the list goes on.

First question do all brands of the7800 xt preform the same or close to each other or do some brands out preform others.

Are some brands viewed as better quality ? as there seems to be a a fair bit of difference in price from the lowest 7800 xt to the highest.

Powercolor and Sapphire are the top two, for AMD graphics cards. Performance differences will be margin of error.

Thank you, the powercolor red devil was the one I really wanted, but the inventory in Canada for that card has been the shits for the last 5 or 6 months, and from what I'm told powercolor won't supply anymore, and I don't like the hellbound or fighter etc, The sapphire Nitro is a nice card though.
