Graphics Card Comparison

Hi, I couldn't find a comparison site, so I would like to know which card is better.

NVIDIA GeForce 7100/NVIDIA nForce 630i

or

ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 graphics with 256MB of dedicated memory

both of these cards are VERY outdated. If your looking for AMD 7000/r7/29 series cards or Nvidia 600/700 series cards

I'd still like to know which one is better, I have a scrapped computer and I want to know if I should switch out the cards or not.
