I'm having to replace my old 8800gts... budget level is $100 or less.

I picked up the eVGA GT520 with 2gb onboard.... haven't opened it yet, and was doing so more reading and now curiuos as to how would that compare to a card such as the GT430 with 1gb onboard?

For background, will be used for gaming... Crysis, C&C, Bioshock type games (standalone, don't do the online gaming) and videos. Saw that the GT520 has a 64 bit bus, compared to some of the other cards with 128 bit bus. Bottleneck issue?

Any suggestions on best way to press here?

Thanks... I'll check them out. I was trying to do a search to see the history of the Nvidia cards, but hadn't found anything specific yet. Wanted to see how the series goes (8800, 9800, etc.) so I would have a better idea of the newness and progression.
In regards to the 5XX series compared to the 4XX series, what's the better choice?

with around 100 usd, 450 is the cheapest card for gaming, but just just gaming, but stronger than 9800.

but if u can afford more, try 460 or 550 depend on ur budget or even higher if u have more allowance.

thanks

The 460 i linked is 112 dollar with shipping and it's worth the extra 12.
