I have a Intel Core 2 Duo with DG31 PR mother board.
4GB RAM and 120GB SSD.

My system supports max openGL version 1.4 but i need to upgrade at-least to 2.0

Is adding a graphics card can solve my problem ? and suggest me one that will suite my system.

Thanks

That's an older motherboard, it calls for a used videocard, since an older videocard is the most likely to be compatible. You need Opengl 2, and presumably low power requirements.

Of AMD, something like the HD 7750 would work, it's Opengl 4 capable. That would be a used card. A new GT 730 DDR5 would be the least expensive new gaming card to get, I assume this involves some kind of gaming.
