Graphics card driver crashing?

PC specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 3GHz Socket 1150 G3220
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
VGA: ASUS Radeon R7 240
PSU: Chieftec CTG 500 80P
RAM: 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM Kingmax kit (2x2GB)

My VGA driver crashes then restarts a lot when I am using Firefox/Chrome or play some games. My screen freezes, goes black then comes back with an error message. It has been like that since the day I bought it, I tried reinstalling the driver, and installing the other drivers that are available on the internet.

Now I get BSOD with the following crashing: atikmpag.sys

What could be the problem?

I will try installing the driver that came on CD now. Can you guys tell me a good program to completely delete a driver?

have you tried going through device manager and uninstall the drivers you originally had then try updating to the latest drivers for your GPU
